About me
Hello I’m really glad you’re here.
I’m an integrative therapist with a strong background in psychology and over 15 years of experience supporting people through a wide range of emotional difficulties.
Alongside my academic training, I have also trained in EMDR, somatic approaches, and psychodynamic therapy. This allows us to work not only through talking, but also by gently exploring how your experiences may be held in your body, as well as understanding how past experiences and unconscious patterns may be shaping your present thoughts, feelings, and relationships. This can be especially helpful when working with trauma, anxiety, or long-standing patterns.
I work in a relational, trauma-informed, and psychodynamically informed way, placing importance on creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and not judged. From there, we can begin to explore your inner world, including deeper emotional processes and relational patterns, in a way that feels manageable and meaningful.
I offer a warm, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can begin to slow things down and feel truly heard. This is a space where you don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or have it all figured out.
We go at your pace gently and with care.
What We Might Explore
Therapy can help you begin to understand:
- Why certain patterns keep repeating
- How past experiences may still be affecting you
- Your emotional responses and inner world
- Relationships with others and with yourself
- What you need, beyond what you’ve had to cope with
Who I Work With
I work with adults experiencing:
- Post traumatic stress disorder
- Depression
- Anxiety and stress
- Low mood or feeling stuck
- Burnout and overwhelm
- Trauma and difficult past experiences
- Relationship and attachment difficulties
- Self-esteem and self-criticism
- Life transitions and identity questions
- Challenges around identity, immigration, and belonging
I also have a particular interest in working with people who feel a sense of “in-between-ness” whether in identity, relationships, or different parts of life.
A Final Note
Therapy isn’t about fixing you, it’s about understanding yourself in a deeper, more compassionate way, and creating space for something to shift.
If something in this resonates with you, you’re very welcome to get in touch.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
