Therapy with Ben, Person-centred/Intergrative Counsellor.

About me

Hi, I’m Ben of Therapy with Ben, Cheltenham - an empathetic, enthusiastic therapist supporting adults on their journey of growth and self-discovery.
At Therapy with Ben, I offer counselling tailored to you: walk-and-talk sessions in nature, the comfort of my own therapy room, or convenient online support. My integrative, person-centred approach is grounded in respect for your individuality.
I blend person-centred values with psychodynamic insight, helping you explore how past experiences and unconscious patterns may influence your present feelings and behaviours. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can freely explore emotions, build self-awareness, and discover new possibilities for change.
Life’s transitions and challenges can leave us lost or overwhelmed. I specialise in guiding clients through these moments—not by prescribing, but by working together to uncover your strengths, resources, and direction. My aim is to empower you to live authentically and find fulfilment.
I’m passionate about fostering a space where your true self can emerge, free from judgment. I believe in your innate capacity for growth and happiness, and I’m here to help you realise it—on your terms, at your pace.

If any of this resonates with you, then please do reach out and we can discuss next steps.
