About me

It feels like uncertainty and anxiety are unavoidable at the moment. This impacts our mood and mental health. Therapy can provide a space for you to reflect, talk and make sense of the difficulties you are facing. I will provide a safe and supportive environment in which to do this. Helping you find ways through.

I am an integrative practitioner, meaning that I am trained in various models and bring them together in a way that best suits you. Everyone is different, so, by us exploring what will be most helpful for you, I can use an approach that would best match your needs. I believe therapy should empower people, by allowing them to feel heard and seen.

Therapy allows some time out, to focus and reconnect with ourselves, putting our well-being first. It can be daunting making that first step, but please do contact me. We can arrange a free initial telephone/online video consultation and think about next steps together.
