About me
I've been an integrative counsellor for over 14 years, working with clients from across the UK and internationally.
Perhaps you are outwardly coping but inside you are struggling. Maybe you are feeling overwhelmed with life's difficulties and changes, and don't know where to start.
You may be experiencing;
- Anxiety
- Work issues, burnout
- Low mood, depression
- Low self esteem, lack of confidence
- Women's health issues
- Life transitions, big changes
- Relationship difficulties
I work with clients from a diverse range of backgrounds, and commonly work with women, professionals, LGBTQ+ individuals, students and anyone looking to make lasting change in their lives.
Wherever your starting point is, taking the first step towards change is the most important one! You're looking for some help, and I offer a free introductory call where you can ask any questions about counselling and see if you would like to book your first session with me.
I work online, which means sessions are available at convenient times to fit in with your busy lifestyle.
I help clients to clearly look at what the issues are and work with them towards change. This therapeutic process empowers clients to heal, build self-esteem, make changes and live life to the fullest.
My way of working is humanistic and integrative which means that I draw on different modalities and areas of training.Your therapy is tailored to you as an individual and we work together to find the most effective therapeutic healing space.
You may be experiencing blockages to living the life you want. I provide the time and safety needed to unpack that heavy load. Often, sharing with me enables clients to make sense of or let go of issues which have had negative consequences. We then look at moving forward towards peace with those gained insights.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
