About me
I offer individual therapy, couples counselling and specialist psychosexual therapy for adults experiencing emotional, relational and sexual difficulties.
Life can feel overwhelming for lots of different reasons. You might be carrying the impact of trauma, struggling with anxiety, low self-confidence or burnout, finding relationships difficult, navigating ADHD or autism, or experiencing challenges around intimacy, desire or sex.
Whatever brings you here, therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what's happening and feel supported without judgement.
As a trauma-informed psychotherapist and specialist psychosexual therapist, I work with the whole person. That means we don't just focus on symptoms, we explore the experiences, relationships and patterns that may be shaping how you feel today.
Whether you're looking for support with trauma, neurodivergence, self-esteem, relationships, emotional wellbeing or sexual difficulties, you're welcome here.
Please note: My books for couples are open from 1st July, with sessions beginning in August whilst I complete the upgrade of my therapy space.
As a psychotherapist, I specialise in working with people who are used to coping, but are starting to feel the emotional cost of it.
You might be overthinking everything, feeling anxious, emotionally drained, or reacting in ways you don't fully understand. From the outside, things might look like you're managing, but inside, it can feel very different.
You don't need fixing, but you do deserve the space to understand what's going on and feel more like yourself again. I offer a warm, non-judgemental environment where you can talk openly, at your own pace.
My approach is person-centred and trauma-informed. I won't tell you what to do or try to "fix" you. Instead, we'll work together to gently explore your experiences, helping you understand yourself more deeply and make sense of the patterns you may feel stuck in.
I pay attention not only to what's happening in your life now, but also to how earlier experiences may still be influencing the way you think, feel and relate to yourself and others. Together, we'll explore these experiences with curiosity, compassion and understanding.
Areas I Commonly Support:
- Trauma and complex trauma
- Anxiety, stress and emotional overwhelm
- Low self-esteem and self-confidence
- ADHD and autistic adults
- Burnout and feeling emotionally exhausted
- Relationship difficulties
- Family estrangement and complicated family dynamics
- Domestic abuse and unhealthy relationships
- Shame, self-criticism and feeling "not enough"
- Life transitions, identity and emotional wellbeing.
You don't have to fit neatly into one category. Many people come to therapy simply knowing that something doesn't feel quite right anymore.
Specialist Psychosexual Therapy:
Talking about sex, intimacy and relationships can feel incredibly vulnerable. Many people worry they'll be judged, feel embarrassed or simply don't know how to explain what they're experiencing.
As a specialist psychosexual therapist, I provide a safe, compassionate space where these conversations can happen openly and without shame.
Whether difficulties are physical, emotional, relational or connected to past experiences, we'll explore them together at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
This might include:
- Difficulties with intimacy or emotional connection
- Feeling disconnected from your body or sexual desire
- Anxiety around sex or sexual performance
- Erectile difficulties
- Painful sex or discomfort during intimacy
- Mismatched sexual desire within relationships
- The impact of trauma on intimacy and relationships
- Relationship and communication difficulties
- Feeling confused, stuck or unsure about your sexuality or sexual wellbeing
There is never any expectation to talk about anything you're not ready for. But if this is something you'd like support with, you won't have to avoid it here.
What We Can Work Towards Together:
Therapy looks different for everyone, but together we might work towards helping you:
- Feel calmer and more emotionally balanced
- Understand why you think, feel and respond the way you do
- Reduce overthinking and self-criticism
- Build healthier relationships with yourself and others
- Increase confidence and self-esteem
- Feel less overwhelmed by life
- Develop healthier ways of coping
- Feel more connected to yourself and the life you want to create
Therapy isn't about becoming a different person. It's about feeling more like yourself, without everything feeling so heavy.
An Inclusive Space:
I work in an inclusive, affirming and respectful way, welcoming people from all backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ clients and neurodivergent individuals.
Your experiences, identity and way of being in the world matter. They will always be respected in our work together.
My aim is to create a space where you feel safe, accepted and able to explore whatever is bringing you to therapy without fear of judgement.
How Sessions Work:
I offer both in-person sessions in Cornwall and online sessions across the UK, giving you flexibility to access therapy in the way that suits you best.
Finding the right therapist is important, which is why I offer a free initial consultation. This gives us the opportunity to talk about what brings you to therapy, answer any questions you may have and see whether working together feels like the right fit.
If you're considering therapy, you're very welcome to get in touch. There's no pressure, just an opportunity to explore what support could look like for you.

Further information
My books for couples are open from the 1st of July with sessions set to start from August.
I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, particularly if you've never spoken to a counsellor before. My aim is to provide a warm, welcoming and non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever is bringing you to therapy at your own pace.
I offer both short and long-term therapy depending on your needs and work with clients throughout the UK online, by telephone and in person in Cornwall.
If you're unsure whether therapy is right for you, I offer a free initial consultation where we can discuss what brings you to therapy, answer any questions you may have and explore whether I am the right therapist for you.
You don't need to be in crisis or have everything figured out before reaching out. Many people come to therapy because they feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves or simply want a space to better understand their thoughts, feelings and experiences.
I welcome enquiries from individuals of all backgrounds and strive to provide an inclusive, affirming and respectful therapeutic environment.
