Supervision details

I offer person-centred, trauma-informed supervision, grounded in a formative and restorative model. This means I see supervision as a space for both professional development and emotional support, where you can think, reflect, and process your work safely and openly.

My approach is collaborative rather than hierarchical. I won’t position myself as the expert telling you what to do. Instead, I aim to support you in developing your own clinical voice, confidence, and judgement, while also offering gentle challenge where needed.

I have a particular interest in supporting therapists working with trauma, neurodivergence, and more complex or sensitive areas of practice, including sex and intimacy. I understand that this work can bring uncertainty, self-doubt, and emotional impact, and supervision should be a space where those experiences can be explored without judgement.

Alongside the formative aspects of supervision, I place strong emphasis on the restorative function. This work can be demanding, and I believe supervision should also support your wellbeing, helping you stay resourced and connected to your practice.

You may find this space helpful if you:

Are working with trauma or complex client presentations
Want to feel more confident holding difficult or sensitive material
Notice self-doubt, overwhelm, or uncertainty in your work
Are developing your identity as a therapist
Want a reflective space that feels both supportive and gently challenging

My aim is to create a supervision space where you feel safe enough to be honest about your work, including the parts that feel difficult, uncertain, or hard to talk about.
