About me

Are you struggling with personal relationships? Is life too challenging? Have recent events left you feeling overwhelmed, confused and in need of support? The therapeutic relationship can provide you with the tools to discover your personal independence, increase your self-esteem, and set you on the path to improve your relationships with yourself and other people. Many people just need a little support to take the first step on this personal journey of healing. To help provide this, I offer specific counselling services for the many challenges that life can bring.

Recent events have tested many of us. Emotions that were once manageable could now have become too much to handle alone. Of course, these challenges could have been ongoing for some time, making it difficult to move on. By working together in a safe space, with an empathetic ear and a non-judgmental approach, you can take those first steps towards living your life in a more fulfilling and meaningful way.

Hi, I am Ariana, the founder of Mindset CPT. I understand the need to be heard. I am passionate about providing the right environment to listen, to support and to help people to take control of their lives. Experience over the years has enabled me to value each individual and has provided me with the insight and tools to support you on this important journey.

You will find a friendly and creative approach when working with me. We are all different, all individuals. Because of this, I do offer a 15-minute free informal chat to see if this is the right choice for you. I can offer a wide variety of approaches, including Person-Centred, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis (TA) and Mindfulness. We will discover together the right approach for your individual needs and set you on the road to empowerment.

Coping in Uncertain Times – a therapeutic support group for the community during Coronavirus (Covid19)

Therapeutic support group sessions at affordable rates could help you explore current life challenges and give you techniques to cope with the new unpredictability of our lives. Counselling should be an inclusive service, and with this in mind, we hope our services will be accessible no matter your individual circumstance.

The group sessions are designed to offer a safe and empowering place for us to explore together. The sessions will be held on a secure online platform and with a limited number of people per group.

Member organisations

BACP

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
