About me

Are you struggling with a difficulty in your life or feel overwhelmed, confused and need some help? Would you like to improve your personal relationships? Counselling gives you a deeper understanding of internal conflicts and emotions and is a great tool for personal development. The therapeutic process can help you to increase your personal independence, increase self-esteem and improve relationships with yourself and other people. I provide a wide range of counselling services in an empathetic, non-judgmental and confidential way designed to offer support across a wide range of challenges.

Hi, I'm Ariana, the founder of Mindset Counselling & Psychotherapy Services. As a professional, I am passionate about listening to people and supporting them to build the life of their dreams. My experience with many clients over the years have enabled me to hone my skills while providing me with the much-needed insights and tools to help people on their life’s journey.

I utilise an integrative approach to find the best way to help clients process their difficulties. I strongly believe that everyone is different and for this reason, I take each session on an individual basis in order to deliver the personalised and specific support people need in a warm and non-judgmental environment.

I offer a friendly and thorough service that can help you connect with your innermost self while unravelling the core of your happiness from within. By utilising an integrative approach based on cognitive, behavioural and humanistic therapy skills, you get the support that helps you re-discover your true self in a warm, safe and confidential environment.

Prior to the first appointment, I offer prospective clients the opportunity to have a complimentary 10-15 minute call in order to discuss how I could help you move forward. All calls remain strictly confidential.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
