About me
My name is Ardaal Gibson, I am a warm, empathetic and approachable counsellor based in Cheshire, supporting people both locally and across the UK.
As an integrative counsellor, I believe that counselling is not a “one size fits all” approach. Every person is unique, with their own experiences, challenges and needs. I therefore draw on a range of therapeutic approaches and my experience to tailor our work to what feels most helpful and appropriate for you.
I see it as a privilege and an honour to walk alongside my clients and, as far as possible, to understand the world from their perspective, to walk in their shoes. I genuinely want each person I work with to get the very best from therapy and to feel empowered to make meaningful changes that can help them live a more satisfying and fulfilling life.
I offer a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood and accepted. Together, we can explore whatever may be bringing you to counselling and work at a pace that feels comfortable for you, always keeping your individual needs and goals at the heart of the process.
I offer online and telephone counselling appointments, making support accessible to people in Cheshire and across the country, wherever you are based.
Whether you are going through a difficult period, feeling overwhelmed, struggling with change, or simply want to understand yourself and your experiences more deeply, I’m here to offer compassionate, personalised support and a space where you can truly be yourself.
