About me
As a Counselling Psychologist, I’m here to offer you expert psychological therapy and thorough mental health assessments, tailored to suit individuals of all ages. I specialise in supporting people with a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, and various emotional struggles.
With a broad training in several therapeutic approaches, including a full qualification in Integrative Psychotherapy, I bring a unique set of skills to my practice. I draw on evidence-based treatments such as EMDR, CBT, and other talking therapies, always choosing the best approach to suit your needs and circumstances.
I also have extensive experience working with individuals with autism and ADHD, and I’m passionate about adapting therapy to fit each person’s strengths and specific needs. My approach is collaborative – I’ll work with you to ensure we find the best way forward, whether through structured sessions or a more flexible approach.
My aim is to support you in achieving lasting, positive change. I offer both face-to-face sessions in my Littlehampton clinic and remote consultations, so we can work in a way that suits you best. If you’re ready to take that first step towards better mental health, I’m here to guide and support you throughout the process.
