About me
I run an independent private practice offering counselling and clinical supervision, with a particular specialism of working with couples. I have extensive experience supporting couples through relationship difficulties, communication breakdown, separation, emotional disconnection and periods of significant change. My approach is creative, integrative and relational, allowing me to tailor the work to each couple and the unique dynamics within their relationship.
Alongside my couples work, I also support individuals experiencing a range of emotional and life challenges. My previous work with children, young people and families has given me a broad understanding of relationships, family dynamics and the impact that significant life changes can have on emotional wellbeing.
Beyond my clinical practice, I design and facilitate retreats, wellness days, workshops and corporate wellbeing events, creating opportunities for connection, reflection, restoration and personal growth. I offer individual and group sound bath sessions, using sound and vibration to encourage deep relaxation, reduce stress and support emotional and physical wellbeing.
