Supervision details

I offer warm, reflective and collaborative clinical supervision for therapists who want a space to think deeply about their work, develop their confidence and continue to grow as practitioners.

My approach is relational and integrative, recognising that effective supervision is about more than simply reviewing cases or meeting professional requirements. I see supervision as a space where we can slow down, become curious and explore what is happening within the therapeutic relationship, what may be happening for the client, and what the work evokes in you as the therapist.

I draw on developmental and relational models of supervision, adapting the process to the experience, needs and confidence of each supervisee. I encourage thoughtful clinical reasoning alongside emotional awareness, helping supervisees develop their ability to reflect, formulate and make confident, ethical decisions.

I also believe that supervision should feel like a safe place to bring uncertainty. You don't need to arrive with all the answers. Whether you're navigating a challenging client, questioning your approach, feeling stuck, or simply wanting to deepen your practice, we can explore it together without judgement.

My aim is to provide supervision that is supportive without being overly reassuring, challenging without being critical, and reflective without losing sight of practical clinical responsibilities.

I offer supervision for both face-to-face and online practice and remain attentive to the particular ethical, relational and practical considerations of working therapeutically online.
