About me

About Me

I'm Andrew, a qualified integrative counsellor grounded in person-centred values, offering a calm, confidential, and non-judgmental space for you to be yourself and take ownership of your journey. I understand how mental health struggles like anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, and trauma can impact every part of life, and I'm here to support you at your own pace.

My Experience & Approach

My background includes working in high-pressure environments where resilience was essential, yet mental health challenges—stress, anxiety, depression—were often overlooked. This gives me a practical and empathetic perspective to support those managing complex emotions related to trauma, family issues, abuse, addiction, and suicidal thoughts.

I work collaboratively to help you develop healthier coping strategies, build emotional resilience, and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life. Whether you’re dealing with bereavement, loneliness, difficult relationships, or life transitions, I tailor our work to meet your unique needs—because therapy is never one-size-fits-all.
