You are here because everything or some things in your life may seem too much, trying to cope with everyday life, there seem to be aspects of life that are causing you concern and you don't know and understand why.
Look no further; I am here to support you if you need to untangle the 'wires' of your mind, understand a certain situation, want to make a change, find your way or just want to grow and heal.
I am a qualified family psychotherapist based in London. I offer psychotherapy and counselling for adults 18+, couples and families.
I can’t promise it will be easy, I cannot give you a time frame, I don’t have a special recipe but I will provide a space where you can feel welcomed, heard, understood and safe. We are all unique, we can perceive and react to things in many different ways. It takes patience and willingness to work through.
Whether you just need to talk to someone or you need to resolve aspects of life that seem overwhelming, you can book a session and get the help and support you need to move into the future with confidence.
Most people feel anxious at their first meeting with a therapist. This is perfectly normal. I understand how difficult it is to make this decision. I will explain how therapy works in our first meeting, we will discuss confidentiality, previous experience of therapy (if any).
Before the first session, I will provide an initial 10 minutes telephone consultation, so we can discuss what brings you to therapy and how can I better support you.

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
