I believe the relational dynamic between client and therapist is important in the therapeutic work. I am an integrative psychosexual and relationship psychotherapist and counsellor working with individuals/couples/partnerships using a range of approaches to suit the specific needs and preferences of the client.
I advocate a safe, warm, confidential and non-judgemental space for clients to allow people to be authentic and express their thoughts and feelings freely and without reservation. I like to provide both support and challenge to allow exploration of issues and problems, whether they be past and/or present. I aim to steer clients in establishing fortitude in the face of adversity in order to lead the best life possible.
I have worked with a range of individuals and couples/partnerships from a variety of nationalities, cultures, sexual orientations, ages and backgrounds for both psychosexual and relationship therapy/counselling and general psychotherapy/counselling presentations.
Alongside being a Psychotherapist and Counsellor, I have had 25 years experience in working as a Teacher and Manager in schools and as an Educational Consultant in a Local Authority.
Types of Therapy offered: Psychodynamic, Attachment Theory, Transactional Analysis, Gestault, Existential, CBT and Transpersonal.
I work with a range of issues to include, but not limited to: erectile difficulties, rapid ejaculation, delayed ejaculation, vaginismus, dyspareunia (painful sex), orgasmic difficulties, low/high sexual desire and arousal, relationship issues, intimacy and attachment issues, sexual abuse and sexual assault/rape, infidelity, betrayal and affairs,kink/BDSM/fetishes/fantasies, sex work, porn addiction and sex addiction.
I work with Individuals and Couples/Partnerships of any gender and sexual orientation.
Training, qualifications & experience
- NAOS Diploma in Trauma Therapy
- Affinity Psychotherapy Academy Advanced Diploma in Contemporary Relationships
- NAOS Advanced Couples/Relationships Diploma
- London Post Graduate Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy
- London Foundation Certificate in Psychotherapy and Counselling
In addition, I regularly attend CPD and Training in order to maintain knowledge, understanding, skills and experience in the profession.

I am currently only offering online (via zoom) and telephone psychotherapy and counselling. I do offer a free 15 minute consultation to discuss your requirements and answer any questions you may have prior to your decision to select me as your psychotherapist/counsellor.
