About me
I am an experienced integrative psychotherapist and a BABCP-accredited therapist, offering individual, couples, and relationship therapy, as well as EMDR for trauma and emotional distress. I provide a warm, compassionate, and collaborative space where therapy is tailored to your unique needs and goals.
My integrative approach draws on a range of therapeutic models to help you gain deeper insight, create meaningful change, and move toward the life and relationships you want. Whether you are attending therapy on your own or with a partner, we will work together to understand patterns, develop healthier ways of coping, and build lasting emotional resilience.
I have a particular interest in supporting clients with trauma, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, anxiety, and feelings of being stuck or overwhelmed. My aim is to help you gain clarity, strengthen your sense of self, and develop more fulfilling connections with both yourself and others.
Starting therapy can feel daunting, especially if you’re unsure where to begin. That’s completely understandable. I offer a calm, non-judgmental, and supportive environment where you can feel heard, understood, and respected. We will move at a pace that feels right for you, taking each step together when you’re ready.

BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
