About me

Hello I'm Alix, and I'm an EFT Practitioner and Integrative Counsellor working in the Telford area and online to support across the UK. I have a holistic and person-centred approach for supporting people in emotional pain, I help them to explore and release the emotional attachment to life's challenges and continue to build resilience. My area of interests are grief and loss including knowledge and understanding of those bereaved by suicide, sudden and health death, family plus working with non death loss and grief which includes any life changes from a move, job loss, family dynamic changes, older life changes, divorce and identity. I also work with adults with childhood trauma working with the inner child to support validation and being heard.

Training, qualifications & experience

It was in 2020 I qualified as an integrative counsellor. I am registered with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) following their ethical framework. After qualifying I found I had time to go ahead with my EFT training and in 2021 I qualified as an EFT Practitioner. I have had training as a Mindfulness Teacher.
