About me

Hello I'm Alix, and I'm an EFT Practitioner and Integrative Counsellor working in the Telford area and online to support across the UK. I have a holistic and person-centred approach for supporting people in emotional pain, I help them to explore and release the emotional attachment to life's challenges and continue to build resilience. I have a passion in loss and grief and for the deeper core issues, I work with you and your inner child to release blocks and trauma to lead a fuller and more fulfilled life.

Training, qualifications & experience

In 2014 I got my certificate in Teaching Mindfulness Skills and worked within the corporate world supporting staff with day to day stresses with weekly mindfulness sessions. With my personal losses I decided to support others by becoming a volunteer with Cruse Bereavement Support as a Bereavement Volunteer in 2017.  It was in 2020 I qualified as an integrative counsellor. I am registered with the NCS (National Counselling Society) following their ethical framework. After qualifying I found I had time to go ahead with my EFT training and in 2021 I qualified as an EFT Practitioner. I am also working on completing a BSc with The Open University, Psychology with Counselling. I regularly complete other CPD to support my understanding and knowledge to help and support you better.
