About me

Hello, my name is Aga, but you can call me Agnes, and I am an integrative counsellor. I understand that everyone’s journey is unique, and I work with what you bring, rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. My aim is to meet you where you are, creating a safe and supportive space where you can grow, gently explore patterns that may no longer serve you, and begin to move through anxiety, low mood, or difficult emotions.

Counselling is not about telling you what to do - it’s about walking alongside you on your journey. I offer support as you navigate your experiences, helping you find your own resources and develop new ways of coping.

I believe there is always a way forward. I work to empower you to make choices that feel right for you, so you can live a more fulfilling and balanced life.

I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can be yourself without pressure or expectation. I see you as the expert in your own life, and with the right support, I believe you can find your own answers, build self-understanding, and grow in confidence and resilience.

You are welcome to get in touch for an initial chat. We can take things at your pace and see how it feels from there.

I offer sessions in English and Polish.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
