About me

I am an integrative arts psychotherapist working imaginatively and relationally in a trauma-informed way, underpinned by humanistic theories and approaches. Creativity is central to my practice, and I invite everything from images, objects, music, and film into sessions to aid communication and expression.

Training, qualifications & experience

I specialise in trauma, particularly domestic and sexual violence, alongside loss, grief, anxiety, depression and relational difficulties. I support people living with mental health conditions and/or disorders such as Psychosis, Bipolar, and Schizophrenia. I have substantial experience of collaborating with neurodiverse people and people from a variety of backgrounds, in a range of environments.

My qualifications include an MA in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy from The Institute of Arts in Therapy and Education, and a BA Hons Drama and Theatre Arts from Goldsmiths. I am registered with HCPC and BAAT and am continuously learning, training, and developing to be the best arts therapist I can be.

Registered / Accredited

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

HCPC
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
