About me
Beginning therapy can feel daunting, but it can also be exciting.
You don't have to be in crisis to need counselling. It often opens the way to new insights, personal growth and different ways of connecting with yourself and the world around you, enabling you to live the life you strive for.
I offer a space where you can set things down, be listened to with care, without judgement and begin to make sense of your experiences. I’ll sit with you in any uncertainty, support you as you reconnect with your own strength and resilience as you face life’s challenges.
Being an integrative Counsellor means that I incorporate different approaches and theories to ensure every session is bespoke to each individual. My approach is built by both professional training and my lived experience. While my own experiences do not define my work, they have deepened my empathy for how complex and overwhelming emotional struggles can feel. They inform the care, compassion and non-judgement I bring to my practice.
I have a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, NCPS (National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society) Accredited. I have monthly clinical supervision, fully insured and have ongoing continued professional development to ensure I am offering the best practice to my clients.
I'm able to offer my clients either face to face counselling or online sessions. I always offer a free initial chat before committing to your first session - a relaxed, no-pressure way to meet, share and see how I can support you.
