About me
Are you and your partner feeling disconnected? Struggling with intimacy, trust, or communication? Perhaps you're facing infidelity, considering separation, or simply feel like you've lost the spark that brought you together. You don't have to figure this out alone.
I'm a specialist psychosexual therapist with over 30 years' experience, trained at the internationally renowned Tavistock Relationships. I work online with individuals and couples, helping you navigate some of the most personal and sensitive challenges in life.
I specialise in psychosexual therapy and sex therapy, including intimacy difficulties, desire differences, low libido, and sexual dysfunction. I also offer expert support for those affected by childhood abuse, domestic abuse, sexual violence, and trauma. I have specialist experience with neurodivergence, including Autism and ADHD, and how these affect relationships.
I tailor my approach to you, there's no one-size-fits-all in therapy. I draw on psychodynamic, attachment-based, and trauma-focused methods, alongside EMDR and NLP, depending on what you need. Whether we're exploring long-standing relationship patterns or working through a specific crisis, I adapt as we go. Sessions are warm, honest, and practical, you'll leave with real understanding and practical tools to rebuild connection, restore intimacy, and communicate more openly.
I know reaching out takes courage, especially when the issues feel deeply personal. I create a space where you can be completely honest about your relationship, your desires, your fears, without judgement. You don't need to have the right words or know exactly what you want. Just come as you are, and we'll work it out together.
I work solely online via Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp, or phone, flexible sessions that fit around your life, wherever you are in the world. Reduced fees are available, just ask.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
COSRT is the UK’s leading membership organisation for therapists specialising in sexual and relationship issues.
All members must abide by their Code of Ethics and the performance of accredited members is regularly monitored.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
