It is my passion to help clients to effectively deal with these feelings of overwhelm, anxiety, stress and depression.

In my practice, I help my clients to navigate tricky situations. I understand the importance of understanding the triggers and roots of your presenting problems? Issues that you have been pushing back and do not know how to deal with?  You do not know who to turn to? Finding it difficult to talk to your friends and family for the fear of being judged or criticised?

I am a qualified, experienced and accredited counsellor. I have 10 years of experience.  I work with adolescent, adults and couples from different Social, Cultural and Ethnic backgrounds.

I counsel in English, Gujarati and Hindi languages.

I am an accredited member of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their strict code of ethics. I am a registered member of BACP's Voluntary Register

My practice is in Harrow. All accessible via Car and/or by public transport. There is a car park right opposite my office. I offer open-ended, short term face to face counselling on a weekly basis. I also offer Telephone, Zoom and Skype counselling. All sessions last for 50 minutes.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.


British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The fees for EAP, Insurance Companies, Solicitors, and other sites will differ. Please ask when calling.


Daytime and Evening Monday-Thursday 10 am-8 pm Friday 10 am - 4 pm Saturday 10 am - 2 pm.
