I strongly believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship, and the moment to moment experience. My therapy is integrated in that my core approaches are Gestalt and person-centred. These approaches lend themselves nicely to Psychodynamic therapy, which addresses the unconscious, Systemic therapy which explores the impact of family, community, culture etc, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy which aims to change old behaviours through homework exercises and your motivation.
Weekday Evening from 6 pm- 10 pm and Weekends 10 am-5 pm
