About me
Hi and thank you for looking at my profile. I offer a confidential caring service where together we can work through your issues and help you to live the life you would like. I am a qualified Counsellor who is experienced in helping people with many different issues such as Relationship Issues, Anger Management, Depression and Anxiety.
I know that it can feel daunting coming for Counselling but i will do my best to make you feel relaxed and comfortable.
I will listen to your issues with empathy and insight, giving you feedback and a fresh perspective. Sometimes you only need a couple of sessions to start to feel better about your situation.
This is what some of my former clients said Counselling enabled them to achieve:
Got back to feeling like my old self again
Gave my children their mother back
Lifted the dark cloud that followed me around
Let go of my past and feel better about my future
Accept myself and like myself
Get on better with my partner
Cope better with the stresses of life
You may identify with one or more of these goals, or you may have a different outcome in mind - whatever you want counselling to achieve for you, please contact me to discuss your needs and find out whether counselling would be a suitable way forward for you.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
