Today, I found myself paralysed by the passage of time, feeling as though I had accomplished nothing. I was caught in a relentless flight mode, unable to put on the brakes, frantically trying to make up for lost time, yet still, nothing got done. Here I was, on a journey of self-love and acceptance, yet on this path, I was met with harsh self-judgment and criticism.
If we truly loved and accepted ourselves, would we be questioning and judging our present moment? Those moments when we get caught in the illusion of our own minds, paralysed, stuck, consumed by overwhelm. What if we just accepted what is? What if we just stepped outside of fear and anxiety, and decided to tune back into the love, and to learn through acceptence? Our mind is like a radio, with many different stations. If we turn down the volume of the critical mind, or mute it, and then tune into the frequency of the inner self, what would we hear?
Energy hack to tune into the frequency of love and acceptance:
- Find a quiet space and take three deep breaths.
- With your eyes closed, tap your heart three times.
- Say: "Heart, can you show me what it feels like to be in the vibration of love and acceptance? Give me an experience of it now so I can feel it in my body."
Notice what you feel and stay in that frequency for a few minutes.

We allow ourselves to be guided by the gentle whispers of our soul, rather than the harsh critiques of our mind.
