Supervision details
I am a therapist , supervisor and a registered social worker ( BA Family and Child Studies,DipSW, AdProf Dip PC,Dip Hyp ,Cert Coaching, Supervision Training ,Dip Yoga Teacher ) and my training is psychodynamic approach but I also take an holistic approach.
I have been a therapist for 10 years and have my own practice. I work in Surbiton and also online .
Although broadly psychodynamic I work in an integrative way and bring in approaches- such as Transactional Analysis , CBT, Drama Triangle, Couples Approaches ,Mindset work, Coaching ,Brief Solution Focussed Therapy,Mindfulness and Somatic approaches.
I am also am a yoga teacher and believe that the mind and body are closely connected. I run small group yoga sessions for therapists and coaches to help decompress and regulate the nervous system.
I enjoy working with students , newly qualified and established therapists and coaches. I also offer as part of my work , peer groups and courses , if you are thinking about going into training or have just qualified as a coach or therapist this is to help prepare you for practice , as part of my 6-12 month mentorship program.
I did my supervision training in 2016 and have since completed update's on my reflective supervision training.I have supervised students and student social workers as well as whole teams of practitioner's and delivered training on the purpose of supervision to teams.
I offer a holistic warm approach which explores your personal and professional self as a therapist and coach so that you can grow and develop.
I offer monthly supervision, small group supervision , and discounts for students.
My fees are Individual £65 for 1 hour
£90 for 1.5 Hrs.
My fees for Group supervision max 4 £ 50

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
