Supervision details
I am a UKCP Registered Integrative Psychotherapist who has been working in clinical practice for 15 years. I am also a trainer, having worked as a Primary Tutor at the Metanoia Institute (2016-2021) and as a Lecturer at Regents University (2020-2021) on their respective integrative psychotherapy training programmes, and I am currently a Senior Lecturer and Programme Leader at the University of Roehampton on the MA Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy course. I have been providing in-training clinical (and research) supervision for around 5 years in these roles.
I am currently undertaking formal supervision training with the Psychosynthesis Trust (Diploma in Integrative and Transpersonal Supervision, accredited with UKCP). While I complete my studies with the Psychosynthesis Trust I am offering low-cost supervision for training, or qualified, counsellors and psychotherapists online or in-person (in-person sessions are held in Richmond or Twickenham).
My fees:
- Individual (60 minutes): £30 (trainee) £40 (qualified)
- Group (minimum 2, maximum 4 for 90-120 minutes): £45-80 per group (i.e. the group split the total cost).
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
