Creative ways to increase your confidence and resilience through writing.

Facilitators: Charmaine Pollard and Christine Hollywood.

Poetry Therapy is the intentional use of poetry and other forms of literature for healing and personal growth. Research over the last 30 years has found links between writing, health and well-being.

By attending the poetry therapy workshop and writing for well-being workshop, you will gain an opportunity to experience ways in which creativity and expressive writing can help you increase your confidence and resilience.

Charmaine Pollard and Christine Hollywood are members of Lapidus, the organisation working to promote writing for well-being, enjoyment and connection.
