Why weight?
The Why Weight? programme is a new, ten week, cutting-edge approach to losing, and maintaining weight. It aims to demonstrate why "quick-fix" diets are not the answer, and that you are not to blame for the failure of them.
Sessions include:
- What is cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)?
- How will this help in weight management - goal setting?
- Thoughts and beliefs.
- Unhelpful thinking styles.
- Schemas.
- Personal activities and exercise.
- Core beliefs about the self.
- Emotions and feelings.
- Remaining focused.
- Relapse prevention.

Groups are expected to run weekly:
