"Talking is good for your mental health. It’s as simple as that. People who are more socially connected to family, friends, colleagues or their community are happier, physically healthier and live longer, with fewer mental health problems than people who are less well connected." Mental Health Foundation

Join us for a cup of tea (we have a wide selection of teas and herbal infusions) and enjoy home baked treats and a chat with others, to raise awareness for Mental Health Awareness Day.

You will be able to find out more about our Woolpit Counselling Service and other therapies provided within Woolpit Complementary.

You could also browse our free health and wellbeing library and if there's a book you'd like to take away with you, we can sign it out to you for up to 30 days.

If you like to bake, why not bring a cake or cookies with you?

We'll also be doing a raffle and raising money for the Mental Health Foundation.
