Did you know that dancing can give you the most power release of endorphins - the well-being substance is produced when we have pleasure.

Therapeutic tango can give you the tools to be open to your feelings and create balance and harmony in your life. There will be space for processing your experience and feelings.

Genevieve will provide you with extremely useful warm-up exercises - that will improve your balance, stability, flexibility, confidence, well-being etc.

No dance knowledge necessary at all.

8-10pm 59 Lyndhurst Road, Hove, BN3 6FD - call Genevieve on 07774324581 to book.

Therapeutic tango takes place in an affirming environment. Genevieve provides safety and support, allowing you to relax and find an inner harmony.

Suitable for dancers and non-dancers alike, Genevieve will teach some basic steps as a foundation for the session and then focus on increasing our ability to connect with others and enjoy the proven health benefits of tango.

Simply bring yourself. Wear comfortable clothing and either shoes with soft, slippery soles or socks.
