Monthly mindfulness practice - experienced
A monthly mindfulness practice for people who have attended an eight week mindfulness course or who have developed some experience of the practice.
As much it is important to cultivate our individual practice, group practice is essential too. In a group we meet like minded people, share our achievements and challenges, nurture the practice and explore and deepen our understanding of mindfulness.
The event involves:
- Guided practice
- Exploration of a particular aspect of the mindfulness approach
- Gentle exercises
- Silent practice
- Questions and discussion.
