"There is an energy behind all occurrences and material things for which it is almost impossible to find a name. A hidden, forgotten landscape lies there, the land of silence, the realm of the soul, and in the centre of this land stands the swinging temple... in which all sorrows and joys, all sufferings and dangers, all struggles and deliverances meet and move together." - Rudolf Laban.

  • Our body has so much to say; holding every memory, whispered as far back as the beginning of life itself.
  • Our body speaks a language of movements, sensations and imagery; requiring deep listening to follow her thread of expression.
  • Our body has been used for far too long as an object, as a means to an end-forgotten is our ability to wonder in the sheer beauty of Her bounty.
  • I propose we heal our relationship to her, our body. She is our earth, our home. Let us honour her in ceremony; following, as she moves through emotions, mystery and knowing.
  • Within a safe and supportive space, sessions will begin with a brief meditation before transitioning into a movement inquiry.

Open to everybody; no prior experience is necessary.
