Humour eases our troubles, adds zest to our lives and connects us to others.

Come along to the second in the series of expressive writing with a dash of humour in conjunction with The School of Laughter - find your funny, and utilise poetry and expressive writing as a tool for healing and self-discovery. You will gain an opportunity to experience ways in which creative and expressive writing can help you incorporate more humour into your life and enhance your sense of well-being.

This workshop is experiential and open to everyone. No previous experience of poetry or expressive writing is required, just a willingness to share, reflect and experiment with words in a supportive environment.

You especially benefit when you share your writing. Hearing your words validated by others can be a powerful learning experience and can lead to deeper levels of understanding and increased confidence. However, you always decide what you wish to share.

Cost: £15.00. Concessions £12.00
