Expressive writing with a dash of humour with Charmaine Pollard in conjunction with The School of Laughter: Find Your Funny!
Humour eases our troubles, adds zest to our lives and connects us to others.
Come along to this workshop and utilise poetry and expressive writing as a tool for healing and self-discovery. You will gain an opportunity to experience ways in which creative and expressive writing can help you incorporate more humour into your life and enhance your sense of well-being.
This workshop is experiential and open to everyone, no prior knowledge of poetry or expressive writing is required, just a willingness to experiment with words.
You especially benefit when you share your writing. Hearing your words validated by others can be a powerful learning experience and can lead to deeper levels of understanding and increased confidence. However, you always decide what you wish to share.
Places are limited. Book early to avoid disappointment.
