In a therapeutic and safe group environment, the aim of this workshop is to discover, unpack and re-write how you see yourself in a selection of key areas - including social, professional and family settings. This will be done through a process of writing and dialogue.

In addition, during the workshop you will be introduced to some therapeutic techniques and reflective journalling, which will be useful in supporting and increasing your self-awareness, during the workshop and into your future.

During the day, we will explore themes of:

  • identity
  • relationships
  • narratives
  • compassion
  • forgiveness

Please note:

No previous experience of writing courses or counselling is required.

Writing is part of the workshop, but the aim is to enable your development rather than focus on spelling, grammar, handwriting or writing techniques!

The workshop is done in a small group setting, so there will be a limited number of spaces available.

Lunch is not provided, but there are a wide variety of establishments in the local vicinity.

Please enquire at khargestcounselling@gmail.com or 07479 939238 for further information.
