Everyday Mindfulness Scotland offering an autumn mindfulness day retreat
Autumn day retreat on Sunday 27th November
Most of us find it hard to continue practising mindfulness on our own when we have completed a mindfulness course. We therefore offer regular opportunities for you to continue your practice. Our autumn retreat is designed to cultivate calm, feel connected, restored and rejuvenated.
Join us for a nourishing day of mindfulness, bringing together mindfulness and explorative mindful movement, for an enjoyable way to ease us into winter and let go off the stresses of day-to-day life.
Everyday Mindfulness Scotland day retreats are suitable for anyone interested in knowing more about mindfulness meditation - for our previous students or for those with experience seeking a refresher. They are for anyone seeking to take time out and tune in with their experience in a quiet, supportive, small-group environment. Our day retreats help you:
- get back into a daily meditation routine
- deepen your daily practice
- explore the benefits of different mindfulness based activities and experience the energy and support of group meditation
Our day consists of a range of different mindfulness-based practices, from the body scan and mindfulness of breathing, through to yoga/ tai chi exercises (suitable for all and modifications always available).
