We will discuss the connection between food and mood, how to eat for good mental and physical health, how to create a positive attitude towards body image and discover how to have a healthy relationship with food.
By the end of the workshop, you will have learnt some new thinking and strategies which will enable you to make some positive changes towards having a healthier relationship with food.
Yvonne Green is a qualified counsellor and eating therapist specialising in eating disorders. She has her own private practice in Suffolk and works with the Food Doctor clinic in London and other eating disorder charities. She is passionate about improving attitudes to food, mental health and taking care of our minds and bodies.
