Part of a series of workshops addressing common mental health related issues.

Delivered to small groups by a professional counsellor and psychotherapist, this introductory level workshop provides lots of easy to understand information as well as practical exercises and experiences.

By the end of this workshop you will be able to:

  • Understand what anger is.

  • Be aware of the range of emotional and physical affects of anger.

  • Recognise some of the common signs and symptoms of anger.

  • Make choices to help you manage and reduce anger.

  • Use multiple skills and techniques to help manage anger and anger expressed by others.

  • Anyone who is directly affected by anger.
  • Anyone working with, living with or otherwise involved with someone affected by anger
  • Anyone wishing to broaden and strengthen their understanding of anger and how to manage it
