This accredited course will help you to engage with other people in strong, meaningful, mutually beneficial relationships of managing connections with others.

It’s for anyone who needs to build strong connections with clients and staff alike. This one day CPD will show you how to engage better and keep relational connections longer. It will give you tools and aids to help you in this bonding process to grow and be stronger. Find out:

  • Why people connect and what influences that connection.
  • How you can engage more fully to make those relationships happen.
  • Tools and aids to help this bonding process grow and be stronger.

If you model this process of bonding then not only do the clients or staff engage meaningfully, but they will naturally also feel more comfortable to open up to the work and how you may help them to process the issues they are bringing to a satisfactory completion and be more optimistic in helpful future referrals and connections.
