I have completed my training up to level 6, and am currently completing my level 7 within counselling supervision.
I am very much a humanistic counsellor at heart, but tailor sessions to suit individual needs with use of creative methods, CBT, TA and phsycodynamic methods.

Within sessions, I aim to create a warm and therapeutic environment where you feel safe, empowered and heard.

I offer supervision to trainee & qualified counsellors.
My supervision framework is rooted in Brigit Proctor's and Francesca Inskipp's model:  normative, formative and restorative.

I offer a free assessment session, and concessions to trainee counsellors on placements and on supervision training programmes.

Cost per session: £40.

£25 for those who are comfortable enough to be recorded within the BACP Ethical framework of confidentiality for training purposes.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
