I see supervision as a relational and collaborative process and strive to offer a warm, non-judgemental, supportive and enabling environment. Endeavouring to minimise any power imbalance between us, offering openness and transparency in our relationship. My approach to supervision is person-centred in accordance with my person-centred training.

I hold a Professional Certificate in Supervision which I studied at The University of Strathclyde.
