Psychotherapist and Counsellor

About me

Helping people move from overwhelmed to empowered.

Accredited Psychotherapist, counsellor & Clinical Hypnotherapist specialising in anxiety, depression, confidence, AUDHD and emotional wellbeing.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). My qualifications include a Level 5 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, and a Higher Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy.

I have a particular interest in supporting adults, children and young people with anxiety, low self-esteem, confidence difficulties, motivation challenges, and ADHD/AuDHD. I am passionate about helping people better understand themselves, develop healthier coping strategies, and build confidence in their everyday lives.

I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where clients can feel heard, understood and supported. Whether you are facing a specific challenge or simply need someone to talk to, I aim to help you gain greater clarity, resilience and emotional wellbeing.

Alongside my private practice, I also work with clients referred through Bupa and Vitality, supporting a wide range of emotional and mental health needs and with schools and GPs across Monmouthshire.
