About me
I am an integrative counsellor qualified to work with children, young people and adults. I have a background in education with my most recent roles being in Safeguarding and Pastoral Leadership. I offer a person-centred approach where clients will receive a non-judgemental, empathetic approach to working through their issues. I use some CBT and psychotherapeutic approaches to enhance the process and specialise in anxiety, supporting teenagers and bereavement counselling.
