About me

I'm a counsellor in Epsom offering a practical, compassionate and honest approach to help with anxiety, stress, self-esteem, grief and everyday challenges.  I provide in-person, online and Walk and Talk sessions to support you in the way that feels most comfortable.

MY SPECIALIST AREAS:

Couples Counselling

Teenagers and Young People (I work for the NHS Youth Counselling Service)

Grief and Bereavement

Fertility and Infertility Counselling

You can book a free discovery call to see if I'm the right counsellor for you.

Being a pluralistic counsellor means I don't believe in a "one size fits all" approach. I offer tailored support in the room, online or in Nonsuch Park with Walk and Talk Therapy.  Every client is different, so we work in the way that helps you the most. By combining different approaches, you get support that's personal, practical and effective.

What can we talk about?

Pretty much everything, but here's a list of some topics that come up regularly…

  • Anxiety - how can I stop it?
  • Stress - how can I cope with it better?
  • Self esteem issues
  • Relationships (family, romantic, friendships, or lack of)
  • Grief, loss, bereavement - and not just people, we can grieve for lots of things we have lost
  • Feeling stuck - where do I go next?
  • People Pleasing - why do I do it and how do I stop doing it?
  • The fertility and infertility journey (This is an area of special interest for me.)
  • Young people and the struggles they encounter everyday, which leads into.....
  • School - not going in, hating being there, falling behind in studies, social difficulties

Choosing the right counsellor matters.

If you want to take the next step and make contact, you can book a no obligation, free 20 minute discovery call. I’d love to hear from you if you think I might be the right person to go on this journey with. P.S. I have a super cute Therapy dog, in case that swings it.
