About me
Feeling Stuck, Overwhelmed, or Unsure of the Next Step?
At times, life can feel heavy - whether you're grappling with anxiety, struggling with low mood, or simply finding it difficult to navigate the challenges of everyday life. You don’t have to face this journey alone. Together, we can work towards healing, growth, and a renewed sense of clarity and freedom.
As an Integrative Counsellor, I offer a flexible, person-centred approach that draws on a range of therapeutic methods, allowing me to tailor the work to your needs. Whether you're looking to make sense of past experiences, manage current challenges, or explore new ways of thinking and being, I’m here to listen, support, and guide you with compassion and care.
I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel truly heard and valued as an individual. This is your time to explore what matters most to you, and together, we can work towards making meaningful changes to your life.
As a practicing Christian and a member of the Association of Christians in Counselling (ACC), I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate their challenges by integrating spirituality into their healing process. I welcome clients from all faith backgrounds or none at all, offering a holistic approach that's tailored to each person’s needs.
If you're ready to begin your journey toward healing and growth, I'd be honoured to support you. Reach out today to schedule an introductory session, where we can explore your needs and work together to determine how I can best support you on your journey.
Online Counselling
I currently offer online counselling via Doxy.me, a secure, confidential platform that allows you to access therapy from the comfort of your own space.
Testimonials
“After my stroke I suffered serious mood changes including deep depression and anger. Yein took me down some very dark depths of my mind bringing pain and many tears with each session probing deeper and deeper into my very unhappy childhood. The sessions brought to the surface some very interesting facts which I had either hid away in my mind or had completely forgotten. I commend Yein on his total dedication to ensuring that I came to realise that I have always got someone to turn to when I experience problems. His extremely professional way he went about his job set me totally at ease enabling me to open up completely to him and aid my own self awareness of my problems. I would like to highly recommend him as I believe he would be a fantastic asset to any client.”
“Yein has helped me through a difficult part of my life. I am normally a glass half full person, however that recently changed to what I can only describe like being in a hole with no route out. Yein helped me find my way out. Thank you Yein.”
“I suffered depression, despair, frustration and anger and was uncertain of what the future would bring. I was fortunate to be referred to Yein for weekly counselling sessions. He was welcoming, friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and explained the purpose of counselling. He supported me in a nonjudgemental manner and not only dealt with my physical problems but also my emotional and spiritual problems. I am grateful for this opportunity and thank Yein for the calming influence of his personality during each session.”
“Whilst receiving help with managing my depression and anxiety under Yein’s care for 12 weeks he has opened my eyes to emotions I had stopped myself from feeling for years and showed me how to ease into them.”
