About me
I provide safe and confidential online psychotherapy, a space for you to talk openly about anything you want to.
Together we will explore and understand your experiences and how and why you may be struggling in your life at the moment. For example with loneliness, low confidence or low self esteem, anxiety, depression, family or relationship issues. You may be processing a trauma, going through a significant life transition, unexpected changes or have questions about yourself, your relationships or your life in general that feel unsettling and are impacting on your mental health.
For some, short term therapy is enough and is all you need to work through a particular issue.
For others, it can take time to understand, explore and detangle the psychological underpinnings of the challenges you face in life.
Engaging in psychotherapy with me can help you to process painful experiences, confront your fears, desires or difficult questions about your life. You will develop a deeper understanding of your self, your relationships, what really matters to you and how and who you want to be in the world.
I am open and inclusive, welcoming people of all backgrounds, genders, sexuality and ethnicity.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
If you contact me, I will aim to respond to you within 24 hours and we can arrange to meet for an initial session at a time that is mutually convenient. Our first session will last 50minutes and will be an opportunity for me to understand the challenges you are facing, explore any concerns you may have, and for us both to get to know each other a little bit and consider how therapy may help you.
If we agree to proceed together, we will arrange a regular day and time that works for us both.
If you are unable to attend, please let me know a week in advance in order to avoid being charged.
The length of therapy can vary. You may want to come for a few weeks or months or would prefer to engage in longer-term open-ended therapy. We can discuss this when we first meet.
