About me
I'm currently only offering therapy sessions online. This allows me to work with people across the UK and internationally, and means we can connect from wherever you are in a way that's flexible and accessible. While I sometimes offer in-person sessions in London, these are limited. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to check availability.
How Can Therapy Help you?
Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you're carrying difficult emotions or facing uncertainty without support. You might be grieving, feeling anxious or low, or struggling with questions about yourself or your relationships. Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and begin making sense of what you're experiencing, with someone alongside you who's trained to help.
Some people come to therapy for short-term support around a specific issue. For others, therapy is a longer process of understanding deeper emotional patterns and inner conflicts.
Therapy can help you work through difficult experiences, understand your feelings with more clarity, and develop a stronger sense of stability and direction. As we explore together, you may begin to feel more at ease in yourself, more confident in your choices, and better able to engage in your relationships and life's ups and downs with greater understanding and care.
My Approach
I'm a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist with a Master's in Relational Transactional Analysis (TA). My approach is collaborative, respectful, and grounded in the belief that everyone is valuable and capable of change, no matter how long they've struggled.
Relational TA brings together the past and present, helping you develop insight into your patterns, build emotional resilience, and strengthen your sense of self.
Our work together will be shaped by your unique story, your pace, and what feels most important to explore.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
If you contact me, I will aim to respond to you within 24 hours and we can arrange to meet for an initial session at a time that is mutually convenient. Our first session will last 50minutes and will be an opportunity for me to understand the challenges you are facing, explore any concerns you may have, and for us both to get to know each other a little bit and consider how therapy may help you.
If we agree to proceed together, we will arrange a regular day and time that works for us both.
If you are unable to attend, please let me know a week in advance in order to avoid being charged.
The length of therapy can vary. You may want to come for a few weeks or months or would prefer to engage in longer-term open-ended therapy. We can discuss this when we first meet.
