About me
My name is Cesar, and I have proudly called the UK my home for over two decades, surrounded by the support of my family. Motivated by a deep passion for human connection, I pursued a career in therapy. I find immense joy in witnessing individuals unlock their potential.
Since earning my Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling in 2015 from the Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body (CPCAB), I have committed myself to private practice, with currently over 2000 hours of client work accrued (May 2025). My experience includes placements at The Awareness Centre, NHS Surgeries, and TTP Drugs and Alcohol in Deptford, London. I am currently undergoing a training in Clinical Supervision, to expand my practise, and spread my passion for an ethical and effective experience for my supervisees, and their clients. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions (Membership Number: 00761457).
Clients often come to therapy struggling with overwhelming emotions—whether related to loved ones or life events. Relying on coping strategies or defences can create a sense of rigidity, leaving you feeling stuck and disconnected from what matters most. Emotions are our GPS and also the glue that bonds us with one another, thus their importance to navigate through life.
By recognising the coping strategies you’ve been relying on, you can begin to let them go and face the feelings you’ve been avoiding. This process often leads to a reduction in anxiety and other emotionally rooted symptoms.
It's natural to want to avoid pain, anxiety, and life’s challenges. But true growth comes from learning to face life as it is. Therapy can offer a safe and supportive space to explore your inner world and reconnect with yourself. I invite you to give it a chance—I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where your full potential can begin to emerge
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified counsellor at Level 4 Diploma in Therapetic Counselling by the CPACB and a member of the BACP.
I am currently undergoing further training in Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy and also a training in Clinical Supervision. I am welcoming supervisees at this stage of my training.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
