About us

Many people come to therapy feeling constantly on edge, emotionally drained, stuck in their own head, or disconnected from the people around them. On the outside, life may look manageable. Privately, they may be overthinking everything, struggling to switch off, losing confidence, feeling irritable, flat, or distant in their relationship.

At Well Minds PTS, we help adults feel calmer, clearer, and more like themselves again. Our therapy is practical, supportive, and focused on helping you regain a sense of control in everyday life. Clients often want to feel less overwhelmed, sleep better, communicate more effectively, stop spiralling with anxious thoughts, and handle stress without feeling consumed by it. For couples, the aim is to reduce tension, rebuild trust and closeness, and feel heard rather than stuck in the same arguments.

We offer evidence-based therapies tailored to your needs:

CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) helps you understand patterns that keep anxiety, stress, or low mood going, while building practical tools to feel more balanced and confident day to day.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) helps the brain process difficult or distressing experiences so they feel less emotionally overwhelming and no longer hold the same weight.

Couples Therapy supports partners to communicate more openly, understand each other more clearly, and reconnect emotionally in a calmer, healthier way.

Our approach is grounded in the belief that lasting mental wellbeing comes from greater self-awareness, practical coping skills, and consistent daily habits. Alongside therapy, we encourage movement, time outdoors, and simple routines that help clients feel steadier, more resilient, and better equipped to handle everyday challenges with confidence.

Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your relationship, we offer collaborative therapy focused on helping you feel stronger, calmer, and more able to move forward with confidence.

If you’re ready to feel calmer, clearer, and more in control, get in touch to book a free consultation call.
