About me

Does your world feel disconnected or overwhelming? Are you feeling anxious, depressed, lonely, or unseen? Perhaps you find yourself changing who you are to meet others' expectations or feel like something is missing in your life. If this resonates with you, you don’t have to face it alone.

In our work together, I will help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself so you can feel more at ease and confident. We’ll also explore how to build and nurture meaningful, authentic relationships. By addressing the parts of you that feel fragmented or disconnected, you’ll restore balance and find greater harmony. Whether you feel isolated, stuck, or uncertain in your relationships, I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel truly seen and heard. This process will help you connect more deeply with yourself and transform your relationships for greater fulfilment.

I’ve worked with many individuals like you who need patience, understanding, and a space to talk openly about what’s on their mind. I understand how daunting it can be to reach out for support. That’s okay—it’s a big step, and I’ll make the process as comfortable as possible. Therapy is a deeply personal journey, and it’s important that you feel comfortable with the process.

Contact me to arrange a free 15-minute introductory call. We’ll discuss your needs, and you can ask any questions. From there, we can schedule our first full session and talk more about how we can work together.

I look forward to getting to know you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a developmentally based, relationship-focused (Integrative) psychotherapeutic counsellor qualified to Post Graduate Diploma level (Level 7) and a registered member of BACP, also currently undertaking research for my MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy. My research is about siblings and the impact on sense of self and relationships.

I work with clients in private practice, and charity organisations.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
