About me
I am a qualified integrative therapeutic counsellor based in Hampshire and I am an Accredited Professional Member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society. My number one priority is my dedication to your wellbeing and I have the privilege of working with adults experiencing a variety of different issues including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, work issues, anger management, loneliness, bereavement, loss and relationship problems. So if you are going through any of these or there is something else worrying you, do get in touch. Whether face to face or online, I aim to make sessions a safe, warm and open space where you can feel accepted and listened to.
I believe that by talking through problems and making positive changes where necessary, healing can come. I invite you to contact me for an initial chat to find out how counselling can assist you to move forward towards a healthier happier life.
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained at Shrewsbury College and gained a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. I also have a Certificate in CBT.
My experience includes counselling students at Harper Adams University, coaching online, counselling with BEAM (The Children's Society drop-in mental health service), coaching clients in a back to work scheme, working with the Green Oak Foundation in Shrewsbury and the Betterhelp online agency.
My counselling sessions are a mix online, telephone and face-to-face.
